TMQ, a Brisbane-based marine electronics company, is looking for an experienced software developer for their R&D department.  The major
responsibilities of the role will be:

* Maintainence and further development of TMQ's C-Trak Asset Monitoring System.  Candidates must have very good Linux knowledge with strong C++ and perl skills. Experience with serial and/or sockets programming under Unix a plus.  Previous postgreSQL or CGI experience will be looked on favourably.

* Cross platform application development with C++.  The candidate should be familiar with the STL and at least one widget library.

*Maintain and configure Linux Servers for multiple uses.
