[Cbsupport] system configuration problems in k3b

Hi Nadia,

Sorry we have not replied to this yet, we've all been caught up with
Software Freedom Day this week. 

I'm hoping someone can look into this and give you some info. We can
look into it on Friday and get back to you by email.
