[Cbsupport] cbv distro

Hi Rohan,

I think something is going wrong at about point 10 on the documentation.
You need the /new directory to be there from the start. 

I'd start again from scratch. 

If you can pop on IRC (irc.freenode.net into #computerbank) we can help
with this if it is still needed.
