[Taslug] Launceston Taslug September Meeting

Hi Luggers,

This month's Launceston meeting will focus on things that local game
developer Cheese has learned from the various "game jams" he has
participated in.
The meeting will also coincide with a local TasJam event that is being
held at Enterprize. If you're attending and need a break, feel free to
