[Taslug] Launceston July Meeting

Hi Luggers,
For this month's Launceston meeting, we'll be taking a look at using
the W3Schools's W3.CSS cascading stylesheet framework as a starting
point for creating responsive web layouts.
See you at the Royal Oak on Saturday 30th July.  Meeting starts at
2:00PM, people will be arriving from about 1:00PM for a bit to eat and
chat before the meeting starts.
