IMHO, the #1 thing you can do to improve any presentation is to do a couple
of full dressed rehearsals. Practice your presentation standing up, with
your slides, talking loudly like you are addressing a crowd 200 people [1].

If you've given that presentation before (even if it was just practicing in
front of your cat), you'll feel more confident and your delivery will be
better.

[1] You can time yourself at the same time to get a feel for how well your
    talk will fit into the allocated slot. Another good way to reduce
    stress.
