[PyCon-AU-chat] zookeepr hackfest

Good question - there'll be a lot of Zookeepr people around at the
venue (Francois Marier, Elena Williams, and Joshua Hesketh), but I
think this one doesn't have a formal leader at the moment.

I guess they'd be the best ones to ask.
