[Media] LCA2018 Liason

Hi Sae Ra,

Thanks for that!

I would prefer to have something a bit more formalised that we can
reference or point to either from the site or in our ongoing
communications. As an FYI opensource.com have also expressed interest in
running an article so I can see that it might be useful for LA to have
something out already when that is made available.

I also expect that our venue (UTS) will want to do some kind of release or
article for their website at some point too.

Is this something that the media team are able to draft up?
