Pia had a good point in that not everyone in the RW cttee may be as closely
involved as needed for this (because life etc).

The idea of the committee putting together nominations from what they see
and hear "on the ground" and as part of the general process, then
submitting options to the RW cttee does mean that it's kept alive.

There may be years when no-one stands out and that's OK too.
