[Linux-aus] Review of the Innovation Patent System - final report out

Thanks very much to Daniel and everyone else who submitted/participated
in the ACIP original Issues Paper back in August 2011, the recent
Options Paper in August 2013 and the subsequent round-tables. A great
effort, each time at fairly short notice.

These processes move slowly enough that you'd be forgiven for forgetting
they are still in motion, but if you search for "software" in the final
report PDF, you'll see that your efforts were worth it.

I intend to write up a few thoughts on the review and future steps soon,
but for now am concentrating on a new bub.
