[Linux-aus] Photos at conferences

It looks like Linux Australia has already got its policy documents on
Github so I would recommend people use this excellent tool to submit this
as an issue and if they think they have a good enough idea, create a pull
request.

And if you feel strongly about it watch the repository so you can comment
on others pull requests if you think there may be edge cases that will
break the policy.
