[Linux-aus] LA name change - one more suggested name: FOSCAN

Hi all

My personal favourite name from the current list was FOSCA - it's friendly, inclusive, easy on the tongue... then I wondered about including NZ and the most joyous mix I can come up with is FOSCAN, which also happens to have good marketing potential built in to the name.

So, I added FOSCAN to the wiki at http://wiki.linux.org.au/New_Names
