Hello all,

This Tuesday 10th of April sees PLUG back at *City West Lotteries House
*(/CWLH/) at 2 Delhi St, West Perth 6005 starting at 7pm sharp for PLUG
Member and Red Hat hacker Ian Kent talking about his project, AutoFS. We
also have a lightning talk scheduled on building a low cost Surf Cam; if
you also have a lightning talk (5 minute brief overview of your project
or something you'd like to get started on) that you would like to
present then please let us know.

PLUG will be live streaming this event at
http://icecast.plug.org.au:8000/ - comments and questions in real time
via IRC at #plug on irc.plug.org.au (gimp net). For those interstate,
7pm WST = 8:30 CST = 9pm EST = 11pm NZST.

CWLH is metres from the West Perth Train station, and there is plenty of
free parking after 5pm in the area. Doors should be open from around 6pm
(earlier for the AV crew).

For those that haven't seen the PLUG Q1 2012 Newsletter - see
http://www.plug.org.au/resources/newsletters. Also a reminder that the
following presentation in May will not be the 2nd Tuesday of the month
but the first Tuesday - May 1st - with Perl hacker Paul Fenwick being
flown to Perth to talk to PLUG. Please check the PLUG calendar on
http://www.plug.org.au/.

PLUG membership is $20/year ($10/concession) and helps keep things
ticking along. PLUG currently has 82 paid-up members, putting PLUG as
one of the largest LUGs in Australia.

    James
