I missed exactly who was there (I don't know if a roll was published), 
so thanks for clarifying, but of the people who put their names on 
http://mw.linux.org.au/Proxy_List_SGM_Aug_2011 as being willing Proxy 
holders, only Jeff is not a council member, nor partner of a council 
member.

If people who are attending don't populate the list as being a willing 
proxy holder, then the people who can't make it don't know.
