[Linux-aus] Preparation for special general meeting

Hi all,

To sort out some constitutional amendments and to approve the 2010 financial report, Linux Australia needs to hold a special general meeting. This SGM needs to be held in a room with people and cannot be held on-line.

To help us guesstimate what sort of room size we need to book, it would be nice to have some idea of the number of people that plan to attend. The SGM will be held in Sydney, likely on a friday evening.

Please note that this email does NOT constitute a notice of SGM. The official notice will be sent once we have some idea of number of attendees and will be sent to the la-announce mailing list as well as to linux-aus. The official notice will also include the documents that we need to vote on at the SGM.
