This was a very late decision, and we're still not 100% sure it won't
change.  But the current plan is at the Brewery Theatre of the
University of Ballarat SMB Campus (see
http://www.ballarat.edu.au/maps/), starting at 19:00, with free BBQ
starting an hour early.  We'd appreciate an RSVP at
http://www.cecc.com.au/stallman/ for catering purposes.  See the
attachment, and be prepared for minor changes (like venue).
