	Two of the Grants discussed on [http://wiki.linux.org.au/Ctte/MeetingNotes/MeetingNotes20090205 2009/02/05] were forwarded to the Linux Australia Mailing List for discussion. As all the requirements were now fulfilled, they were voted on this meeting.

	MOTION: That Linux Australia fund the purchase of the revised quote provided by Christian for the two servers for Darwin Community Arts. Motion: Melissa Draper, Second: Steve Walsh

     2b. StixCamp Newstead - approx $500 - 600 [http://lists.linux.org.au/pipermail/linux-aus/2009-February/017344.html Proposal on Linux Australia Mailing List]

	MOTION: That Linux Australia provide $500 sponsorship in return for the benefits detailed in the proposal. Motion: Steve Walsh, Second: Leah Duncan

 * Discussion regarding appropriate the web form on the linux.org.au website. Currently it goes to the Council. Will now go to Web Team rather than Council.
