Personally I think the report should be available to everyone, why do
you think that having the report being open would require more
circumspection?

Again personally, this puts it out of the standard Grants programme and
into the realm of a Linux Australia project.

Also what would you envision that Linux Australia do once they have the
report in hand? Do you see a role for Linux Australia in policing this
sort of breach?
