Sure, but then you've just passed the responsibility onto the local
groups, who are less equipped to deal with such matters. LUGs would be
much easier to set up and manage if there was a national body
providing centralised infrastructure.

Initiatives such as 'LUG in a Box' will only solidify LA's position as
a primary source. I don't think this is a bad thing. The community as
a whole can save a lot of hassle and money if we pooled resources
together.
