EngageMedia uses the power of video, the Internet and open technologies to  
create social and environmental change. We work with independent film-makers,  
journalists, technologists, campaigners and social movements to generate  
wider audiences for stories of social change, to intervene in the public  
discourse and to move people to action. We demystify and provide strategies  
for the effect use of video distribution and engagement technologies; connect  
video makers and activists to media distributors and audiences; and form peer  
networks of media-makers, technologists and campaigners. Since 2006 we have  
produced our own Plone-based free software video-sharing platform, Plumi.

We are looking for an experienced (5 years +) sys-admin to migrate our main  
organisational server to a new machine.

We run sites and services on several VMs including email, email lists,  
Redmine, Drupal, Wordpress and would like to upgrade to latest Debian OS and  
configuration management.

We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly-skilled sys-admin who is  
aligned with our values, to help us secure the technological foundation of  
our work promoting human rights, equity and sustainability in our region.

If everybody is keen after the migration we'd love to talk working together  
on a more regular basis.
