Programmer, Contract

The Annodex project (http://www.annodex.net/) at the CSIRO ICT Centre (http://www.ict.csiro.au/) is looking for an experienced C/C++, python, and network application programmer preferrably with experience in digital media applications programming (using media frameworks such as VLC, xine, gstreamer, DirectShow or QuickTime). The position requires a person that has experience with cross-platform development and can extend an existing Mozilla/Firefox extension for Annodex with new features. Other implementation work around Annodex will also be required.
