Would you like to gain experience working in a busy, dynamic and varied data centre?

One of Australia's premier retailers has an excellent opportunity for a number of Computer Operators to join their operations team. They are looking for people with energy, enthusiasm and around 2 to 3 years operations experience.

<b>You will need to demonstrate the following:</b>
* A high level of enthusiasm and energy 
* UNIX/Linux experience – command based, not menu 
* Tivoli knowledge/experience 
* Scheduling knowledge/experience, eg. Control-M 
* Proven diagnostics skills 
* Conceptual thinking 
* Good written and oral communication skills 
* VMS and HP Openview knowledge would be an advantage

<b>Your duties will involve:</b>
* System platform and network monitoring 
* Use of Tivoli and Control-M for above 
* Problem diagnostics, resolution and/or escalation 
* Documentation review and updating 
* Other operator/data centre duties as directed 

The role will initially be a 3 month contract with option to extend offering around $30/hour.
