 Seeking Native speakers in Japanese x 2, Korean, Chinese (Mandarin)
 LINUX technical skills

A fantastic opportunity has arrived in Brisbane to join a new business division of a highly established organisation. The company has seen significant growth over the past 12 months and have offices throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Based in the Brisbane office you will be involved in providing technical support services to a diverse range of customers in the Asia Pacific region. All support is via remote technologies and telephone. There is no hands-on. 

Specific skills and experience sought are:

 Native speakers of Japanese, Korean, Chinese Mandarin
 Technical experience in LINUX (administration, configuration, clustering) and ideally LINUX certification
 Excellence in trouble shooting and resolution
 World standard customer service skills
