Administrator / Network Engine, Contract

This role involves the installation and maintenance of server equipment and software, network fault diagnosis and general network support. The successful candidate will work directly with our customers to ensure that installations are maintained correctly. Proven skills are required in the following areas:-

-General TCP/IP type network configuration 
-Linux server configuration and maintenance 
-Good knowledge of computer hardware and client operating systems such as Microsoft Windows 2000 
VPN, Router, Gateway and Firewall configuration in a Linux environment.

Tertiary qualififcations are preferred, but not essential.
