[Grants] Grant Application from Rowland Mosbergen for RSEAA24 Accessibility Fellowship

Hi Roland,

Thank you for submitting your grant proposal. A couple of questions from
me, I'm wondering if you could please expand for us on the link to Open
values and Open Methodologies and how this can be progressed forward. Will
there be advocacy for "Open" during the event etc.

Also if you could please expand on how this may be in line with
https://linux.org.au/about-us/values/

I personally can see the tie to Openness but just want to make it more
noticeable for the grants process.
