[Grants] Grant Application from Robyn Willison for E-Textiles Course

Hi Folx,

I would like to throw in my support for this project. Robyn has been an
integral part of all things Open Source, Makerspaces and especially Open
Hardware. This is a creative way of introducing a large community (of
cosplayers) to the marvels of open hardware/software.
