You might like to consider Plone as well. Harder to setup than Drupal, but I think easier for non-technical users to manage content in.
I've tried Plone and found it a bit difficult to use if you are used to a more 'normal' CMS. Editing seems easier than many CMSes but creating content is more confusing.
