a "non-breaking space in ISO 8859-1". It seems that my mail
reader (evolution) introduced these. I can get around
the problem by explicity saving the email, rather than
cutting and pasting, but this is rather inconvenient!

Has anyone else come across this problem? More importantly,
does anyone know of a good solution?

Cheers,

Mark.
