[LC++]reading/writing rc-files

Hi!
  I found an older article about a class reading config files. What I need is
a class/concept/tutorial whatever to read a config file.
  It should:
  Probably ignore comments (lines beginning with '#')
  Tokenising lines.
  Perhaps automatically converting tokens to proper types (string to
int/float...)
  At least manually converting tokens to proper types
