Great stuff, and it will be great to have Mike and Steve around too -  I 
suspect there are a few touchpoints there eg. the "where should it be 
hosted" question.

Is anyone going to do an agenda / timetable so we can timebox things 
appropriately? (I don't have time to unfortunately)
