Without an agenda it's difficult to estimate time, so I've tried to put
some timings around the dot points below

Yep Friday or Saturday works for me.

Great, lunch is always good

There are a couple of ways to approach this - the easy bits will take an
hour, but we did 3 x 3 hour sessions to cover CiviCRM's functionality.
So this is elastic - to be more accurate I need to know the specific
functionality or objectives you want to cover.

I think this will take about 15-30 minutes

As part of the web rollout last year I was tracking specific content in
this document. I think this might be useful in prioritising what we need
to do:

Again, we need to know what gaps there are first before I can estimate
time - the document above is a good start.

I think we need to discuss hosting at Agileware vs self-hosting on LA
infrastructure

I think about 4 hours is right to be able to give a brief overview of
WordPress and CiviCRM

Unfortunately I don't have time this week to find and book a room, but
there are plenty of student areas at ANU in cafes / coffee shops. If
it's just three of us we should be able to find space on campus this
week because it's still break time.

I don't have a car with me in Canberra so somewhere central is better
for me, and may be better for Julien if he's coming from Sydney.

Best, Kathy
