[Media] -ve feedback on Twitter re Rusty Wrench - how do we want to handle it?

Something along the lines of;

'The Rusty Wrench team has decided not to call for nominations this year'

but that doesn't really come across well.

I think that LA is in a bit of a predicament - the Rusty Wrench is seen
as an LA award but we don't actually control it.
