[Media] Paper.li paper for Linux Australia - quick update

Hi everyone (Council and Media list),

Quick update on Linux Australia's paper.li (https://paper.li) automated
web newspaper - we decided at face to face to give the paid version a go
for a year to see whether it is a useful promotional tool. Off the back
of this decision, I've tweaked the content sources to add a lot more,
including #pyconau and @pyconau.
