Howdy,

I don't think anyone from newcastle has done an intro yet so....

Meet once a month, attendance anywhere from 10-30 people I would guess.
No formal structure or financial arrangements, pretty much whoever
turns up regularly and does the work (organising meetings, venue etc.)
is in charge :)

Probably fair to say we're in a growth/regeneration phase at the
moment, main focus is getting attendance up and making sure we have a
good speaker or topic each month so that those people who do come will
keep coming along. We had our first go at SFD last year which went ok,
this years SFD will more than likely be our main "event" of the year.
