[LCP]gl_setpalettecolor

Hello everybody,

i am using svgalib. i dont understand what the function
gl_setpalettecolor does.

the prototype is something  like this   

gl_setpalettecolor(int c, int r, int g, int b)

i read the man pages and i dont understand !
please help!
