[Linux-aus] Grant decision - Willi26 project

Hi Guoyi

Your project grant application to fund Open-access publication and
dissemination for the Willi26 project was discussed by the Linux Australia
Council at its meeting on 7 October 2026.  We are pleased to inform you
that your application was successful - congratulations!

The grant amount is $1100.

Please email the Linux Australia treasurer (treasurer at linux.org.au) to
arrange payment.

As per the grant guidelines, Linux Australia request that you provide a
brief report about the activities funded by this grant for inclusion in our
Annual Report.  Since the project's funded activities will clearly run
beyond the cutoff for inclusion in our 2026 Annual Report, your full report
will be in the 2027 Linux Australia Annual Report instead.  To keep our
members informed, it would be helpful if you could submit a short
preliminary report by 15 November 2026 to provide an outline of your project
and what the grant is funding.  The full report can then follow in 2027.

All reports should be sent by email to council at linux.org.au.
