[Linux-aus] Grant Application from Fraser Tweedale for Support the myGov Code Generator source code FOI review

Hi,

Another vote in favour and I'm supportive of what Russell has suggested 
too in having a second grant ready to go should Fraser think this 
appropriate.

Thanks all for their efforts - perhaps not the most glamorous side of 
FOSS work, but necessary.
