How about using something like https://mixpost.app/. It's an open source
product to help post content to multiple social networks simultaneously.
Allowing us to have a social media presence that perhaps funnels people
into the mailing list, events etc.

This is probably a nice efficient way of fostering a community external to
our more traditional methods while also maximising the impact of our
efforts.
