[Linux-aus] Cheap VMs in Australia

A while back I found https://www.vultr.com/ to be the cheapest - they
have sites in Melbourne and Sydney.

But it looks like binarylane might be even cheaper (and also bill in AUD
instead of USD). Perhaps I should move my VM over.
