Great responose Kathy, I like the way you talk.

Completely agree, anyone who is upset with where things are, pay attention,
volunteer your time, step up and make a difference.

Complaining about the work and efforts put in by people volunteering their
time (especially when it seems many peple are not realising how much work
they put in) is counter productive. Stepping up and helping out is the best
way to see things you want to have happen.
