I have no idea if it measures up to these requirements (I'd be pleasantly
surprised) but I just picked up a Digitech GE-4081 from Jaycar two weeks ago to
replace my old turntable.

It has a few minor quirks that I miss from my much older turntable but apart
from minor quibbles, it's certainly been more than fit for my purpose at least.
