[Linux-aus] Grant Request - CompCon 2015 - Speaker Travel Funding

Hi all,

This request aligns strongly with LA's values [0]. I'm also therefore 
voicing my support.
Moreover, one of the key themes from recent surveys, strategic planning 
forays etc is the need to ensure a strong pipeline of young people 
within the F/LOSS community. This grant request would contribute in some 
small way toward that goal.
