[Linux-aus] [Announce] Declaration of Council Election and call for Nominations - and change of end voting date

I should have mentioned that to vote you need to go here:
https://www.linux.org.au/membership/index.php?page=elections

Where, incidentally, you can see the results from previous years as well
as the number of voters ;-)
