[Linux-aus] Special support for women

The % female members remains important until membership by both sexes
is over 40%   (at 30 June 2010, the sex ratio of the total population
for Australia was 99.2 males per 100 females), so how to attract more
women is an issue.

Support neither racism or sexism,  however cautious towards all
"special benefits" or "special support" approaches from which the
prejudices purportedly opposed frequently benefit most.
