Explaining "PyCon Australia, a Software in the Public Interest conference" 
would be a lot easier.

I chose SPI as an example because there is no agreement on what the new name 
would be and SPI is a reasonable name.  If it wasn't for the desire to cover 
hardware as well a name like SPI-AU would work.
