[Linux-aus] Linux Australia Code of Conduct - revised draft

It is not OK for the Linux.Conf.Au organisers to hold talks that are considered racist, sexist, homophobic or any of the other categories generally protected under anti-discrimination law regardless of what any of us think or whether it is "good" for publicity.

If the Linux Australia committee considers it important to host a talk or worse a keynote that is discriminatory on any of the grounds usually protected under workplace law (gender, sexuality, religion, race and a few others), then I *will* distance myself from the organisation; and I will encourage others to do so as well.
