Hi all

As I mentioned earlier in the year I am resigning as President of
Linux Australia as a result of moving overseas.

The proposal for my succession is as follows:

* John Ferlito has volunteered to take on the Presidency - he will
continue to manage the Treasurer role with assistance from other
members of the Council

* We've approached Josh Hesketh - who stood in the last election -
to join the Council as allowed under Section 14(4) of the Constitution.

* My term of office to finish on 30th of May 2010.

Barring any objections to this the Council will vote on this as a
motion at the next meeting.
