Russell, stop being dense. 

The behaviour being discouraged is grabbing a list that's claimed to
be the ACMA blacklist and posting it somewhere aggregated by others,
in particular LA. Other NSFW stuff would likely also be discouraged.

If you're not doing that there's no problem. Please stop claiming
anyone is saying there is.
