As an aside, it can be amusing to imagine the results of L.A
commissioning a t-shirt from some particular artists.

A Linux penguin painted by Jeffrey Smart holds some appeal for me.

And if only Grace Cossington Smith were with us in this age.

On a more serious note, a lot of art can be had for very little
money if you are willing to run a art prize for a decade or so.
The UniSA Library currently holds some stunning works, the result
of twenty-ish years of a $10K competition open to students.
