 2. {*} linux.conf.au domain update
  Domain Name has been registered until March 31, 2009, with a guarantee
from Robert Elz. In future will request registration of the domain from
when LCA registrations open until the end of March following the LCA.

 3. {*} Grant Request: Mary Gardiner LinuxChix grant.
  Mary Gardiner requested a grant for Video Camera hire in
http://lists.linux.org.au/pipermail/linux-aus/2008-October/017127.html

   MOTION: '''That Linux Australia approve the grant request from Mary
Gardiner as proposed.'''
     Carried unanimously.

 4. {*} LCA2010
  Council made final vote on LCA2010 venue. Agreed that decision would
not be published until all submitting parties have been notified.
Official announcement will be made to the linuxaus mailing list in due
course.

council and which might generate motions for next meeting or new action
items.
